Sorry to say it, bugzy, but that's just a bad excuse. The families shooting now are as much a pact as those you excuse of being a pact. Many of the socalled "pact families" are not even friends nor supporting each other. The only reason the shot together in last version was, that you guys decided to attack ALL of them in the first war.
So it probably only depends on the eyes watching - it seems like you only see, what fits in your theory. You only see the picture, which can justify your actions, but bottomline is, that if you excuse the other families of having a pact, then you are not better yourself.

redspeert the others fams are a pact not a pack duhhh the pact fams make a PACT to work together blood many fams so noone can shoot against them the fams who shooting them now are working together to end the locked versions they are sick of, they will go back to normal when its all done and dusted with a more open version to fight for top fam place ;)

Ofc this is not a pact. Almost every single one of these fams has acted independently in countering for their different bloods. The only thing in common with alot of these fams is that they have suffered locked down versions at the hands of 'The Pact' and seem to be enjoying a temporary role reversal. Once this dust has settled it will be business as usual between these fams, not being able to organise shit, falling out, or being greedy... (definately not the behaviour of the well coordinated Pact we know so well)
