Activity is the most important factor. Although it shouldn't even be in the game.

Activity seems not to has much influence. Thought this in the start also, but it turned out different, well atleast that is for me.
Raided more times as leader with activity 22 , driver also high activity, and stil we succeed.
Think the result has more to do with experience and rank.

Why reset ?
Because a few dudes are to lazy to rank a second account ?
We saw till now many good wars, and yes true, not many BF kills.
But as you see, the version is complete open, there is lots of room and time to rank up again.
To create a family and go for the win.

Why do you want a reset, if you can have now a associate mobster or soldier account, with even some bullets and/or cash on it, against a ES with nothing, also friends with nothing?

It shows the flaw of the game...fams shoot to gain KS which makes them stronger, fams getting shot losing accounts and with that the version. With the current KA und how accounts are compared in battle if you are down you are out for the version. You can't catch up and you will get killed for KS again if you don't join the leading fams.
And this all relates than again to massblooding in an attempt to stay alive.
What about reacting before being an easy meal for the hunters?
That's not a flaw of the game, it's a flaw of being useless in many aspects and crying around, imo.
Alcatraz wasn't a reranker fam, so yes, it's their fault for being useless. They could've shot and gained KS themselves, making themselves stronger. But they didn't.
He has a point though, it's harder to rebuild a fam / accounts with the new KA. That's not necessarily a bad thing, because it would be crazy if strong accounts who've shot in a lot of wars could be easily killed by any re-ranker, but there are some things that could be added to make it possible if you work hard (like the KS farming thingy for lowrank rebirths you were talking about a while ago, or similar ideas.).
and what about the incredible DC prices ?
Not much help for rerankers , take with that the gameplay now, every fam is in some way related to eachother.
This all makes it more and more useless to rerank.
