02-02 The Perfect Opportunity pt II
22:34:55 - 02-02
MurderInc at 22:27:59 on 02/02:
A third side is definitely good for the game, absolutely agree. It's the "We-are-Jesus"-behaviour that bothers me, and some of the ratios. Well, that and people actually falling for it. Let's see if this changes anything about the version length though, I have my doubts about that (and about whether that's even possible with the current playerbase size).
One last point: The fact that families have, in the past, been able to secure wins by letting two sides shoot each other and then simply cleaning the winner is what has probably lead to versions being generally two-sided. We shall see whether this version will be any different. There should be no free wins[1].
[1]: Except for when we win using extreme expert sheats or order akills, obviously.
GFCM at 22:19:49 on 02/02:
I get your point, but if this is really a pact, although I'm against these shitty stuff, it's better to have 3 sides in a version than 2. This might change some game visions, I mean, maybe some more "pacts" might come up or the current ones might divide themselves, for instance like what happened with Aeterna this version. In the first war, we watched some of the powerhouses being shot and they standed, however it was a hell of a war and both sides standed. Now it's good to see that a third side is actually on
MurderInc at 22:13:55 on 02/02:
Technically Phoenix was only involved because Bosphorus started shooting them. They didn't actually counter or help Anarchy.
I think seeing the same group of families move in two unrelated wars should tell you everything you need to know about this not being a pact. What you usually call "pact-behaviour" is a group of families working together with some "sidebloods" that are eventually "sold" during the cleanup. How would this version be any different if, let's say, this group is all that's left and then they kill some of their smaller members because they were just sidebloods?
GFCM at 22:09:54 on 02/02:
Sorry my mistake, I wanted to say that they shot with Anarchy side, sorry. If Phoenix shot 31-01, are they from which side? And still, I don't think all these families are a pact, because some of them don't even have any kind of relations, they're just working to achieve a similar goal
MurderInc at 22:05:38 on 02/02:
Who did Phoenix shoot with yesterday? Their blood Vincitori was gangraped by the families shooting at the moment. They weren't involved.
GFCM at 22:02:59 on 02/02:
Is that so? I don't know, but they are not a pact. Yesterday, Phoenix shot with some of these families and today they are shooting against some of 'em. Some of them are bloods, yes, but I don't see this side as a pact. They might have realised that they had to be together to finish some families, otherwise they'd be raped, because that was what happened every last versions. To conclude, even if they are a pact, at least we have 3 pacts this version and not only 2, which is a bit better
Anonymous at 21:47:53 on 02/02:
The ones who were crying. Have become what they hated... a pact.
GFCM at 21:45:12 on 02/02:
It's so good to see some egos being shut up this version. Finally, we do have a version where there are more than just Siberia and Anarchy sides, which is a surprise. What is ironic now is the fact that some of the families who have been pacting everyversions are now the ones who are crying about a third pact, if we can call it that.

Well, about the length of the version, I don't think it will change that much, to be honest. In case there were more sides, it'd be possible, for now I don't think so, because people just don't rerank and so versions aren't longer.
Now, about the ratios, I get your point. Yesterday yea, they raped Vincitori, they didn't even have a chance. However, tonight the ratios were balanced, if we consider that the attacking side was already expecting to get countered by attacked families' bloods.
