Dupe or not, you do not shoot Faffie without a reaction...it may not even be this version or the one after...but it will come eventually.
Idd that this ks and this ka is really killing the game. After 15 days, experienced player can make immortal account, just like Ariella in this and Smul in last version made. Also, ka it's quite unfair to rebirthed players. Ka needs to be changed once more and ofc ks needs to be changed (or removed).
Every account in this game is just a few well-executed shots away from being dead. That's what makes it interesting.
Removing the changes that were introduced with this KA would just once again favor dupe-armies instead of active players and families. I don't see how that's an improvement.
Now, there's definitely something that needs to be done for rerankers (and players that started late into the version, for that matter). I agree with you on that. Maybe some kind of ranking and KS multiplier for rebirths/late-starters would be a start.
Some thought should also go into the new spot system. It definitely increased the amount of money families earn. Maybe versions would last longer if families couldn't afford to go to gigantic wars after barely a month.
I'm not talking about Detroit being OP here by the way, that's something that the playerbase needs to fix (I think we can be expected to think about which family benefits from our poker games/gambling/bank transfers) - even though I've heard worse ideas than changing the Detroit 10% poker spot to two 5% spots.

How about letting rebirths keep their earned KS, or give them KS for kills below lc. How about going down two ranks each rebirth. First accounts KS for kills LC+ first rebirth for swi+ next for mob+. But no lower than that. I don't want to suggest to go down to gain ks for shoppies or so.
But that only solves one part of the problems for rebirths. The bigger one remains the unbalanced economy, +credit cap for lackeys. Rebirths cannot afford to buy dcs on obay. that's a way bigger problem.
The spot system, well the problem with that seems to be, it got introduced many versions too late, after lackeys made players complacent and happy to do everything in Detroit.
For the poker spot I suggest another solution, make poker tables available from every city, but only the spot in which the winning player is located gets the money. If people are still too lazy to leave Detroit then, well, they already deserve to get steamrolled for being lazy now.
But again, nobody forces you to do everything in Detroit. If you can't get it done to at least make your fam members change their "base of operation" to your hometown, then you deserve to get steamrolled by the fams that control the objects in Detroit. "But everybody is in Detroit. Yadda, yadda, yadda" Make a change yourself, get your fam members to move to another city.
Paris entirely misses an important point, how do those accounts become dreadnuts? By shooting and killing. How can they do that, by having sufficient bullets (which also increases account strength). Why do they have those bullets, by having the best objects, which again leads you to Detroit and players being too complacent/lazy/stupid to do their stuff somewhere else.
I totally agree with the fact ks is not working as it should and to be honest KS system was the only one I didn't remake on the KA part, it is getting changed, part of it it's coded already and KS will be related to the strenght of account you are shooting, if it's a strong or same value of your account (if you get risk of dieing in BF) you will get decent amount of KS, if it's an useless account you won't get any decent KS, that is on work and hope we can finish the testing before next reset.
There is also a nice amount of working going on related to city maps, it will be totally extended and this will include a nice system based on players houses, I will give some details later when it's near the end of testing phase.
But at least, I love to see the fact that KA at the moment, made the families work in a strategy and it proved to be a decent one, that's the point, work together and make your own family accounts getting stronger, imo.
We'll see how the future changes will work, but that's one thing I can assure you, different strategies are coming to the game (again). And that makes me really happy for seeing families working with them.

And totally agree with prevoius posts, if you dont want detroit spots to be over powered then get your players to move away from it. Faffie chose detroit this version knowing people are too lazy to or stuck in their ways.
