Still it seems, by the information from the shooting families. Its harder too kill an offline player. (And im not considering an online target can buy blood, just pure KA).

They only changed the way the Villa works. It doesn´t give you 250 defense instantly but it gives you more protection the longer you are offline..after 8 hours all defense from villa is gone.
So if you shoot someone who is in his villa and 5 hours offline you are fucked. He still wont die.
