2 fams where on Vinci's todo list, lato and notte.
They took care of Lato, Notte was so kind to suicide on vinci. While in SH, their bloods did the rest.
So top prio of vinci is gone, they'll rest for a while for sure :)

Well 14k doesn't kill a single bg from the target and can even miss the target completely...
In short: being the agressor still has way too much disadvantages to get a dynamic game full of interesting wars

Whether it was the right time or not... the fall of Gambino, Temps, Levi has left a huge hole in the game...
Love them or hate them.. they aint afraid to attack... even when the odds are stacked against them..

On a general note: Yes, they should do that. Just out of pure self preservation.
But Maraz is so fucking useless they just sit and wait to be shot. They can't start a war even if their life depends upon it.
Best case scenario, they wait for Nazdrovia to be gangbanged first, before they do anything at all.

"The Econommy is unbalanced." depends on how much bullets you want players to have. i agree "more money -> more bullets" question is, that a good or a bad thing. at first i was thinking its a good thing, "more bullets -> more action". but it doesnt seem to work that way. GOD DAMN people use those bullets
If only it was that simple ... with current KA and the amounts of bullets around, ppl dying in backfire from 15k preshoots. I can almost hear you say don't be a pussy shoot god damn 60k. Well that will result in most likely no kill either and just death in bf so no point there in starting some killingspree. Untill the devs realize they need to do something about the current disadvantage odds of shooting fams, don't expect heroic wars or stand alone fams on top of this once not such a static mafia game ...
