3.2 took 1,5months before the first major war started.
Tomorrow this version will be 1 month old, in order to beat the previous version a major war has to start within the next 2 weeks.
One thing to add tho; last versions we saw 2 major adminkill waves that hurt alot of the top fams and thus prolonged the big wars due to unforeseen losses etc.
So it wouldn't be that much of a stretch to say that without a war this week this round is actually more sad then the previous round.
