On .com i tried exactly the same.
I couldnt log in, i got no mail when i requested a password recovery, and it was at a time where there were no1 at #help to help.

And why not freeze the lowest rank instead of the highest rank?

Why didn't she just requested a password change?
How could she register, if you get an error when using same email (unless she used different one of course).
How did she know her soldier account was frozen, if she couldn't log in on it?
Why didn't she already went to #help.dm when she couldn't log in, instead of when she discovered one of her accounts was frozen?

So this is a little conversation between me and brando about a player, who has been frozen, cause of a silly mistake.
She couldnt log on to her account. so she made a new one, and the new one is ES right now, and the frozen one is soldier.
So she went to #help.dm to get some help about it, and Brando just devoicer her.
I took contact to Brando and this is the conversation which were between me and Brando in PM.
