I´m not sure about KS for families, a hughe family in terms of membercount can kill a significant bigger amount than a smaller family would be able to. Which means the members of the smaller families would have to shoot perhaps 3 times the amount of people to get that SAME KS compared to the bigger one who can just hug around more often, stack bullets and kill the smaller family after that.

In my oppinion killingskill should be something that is based on the kills you made (perhaps like a ladder system, killing a high ranked player with alot of system will gain you more ks rather than killing an extremely low ranked player) and is completely hidden from other players.

Just a raw idea I personaly have.

Or you could want to organize your entire family to be on at a certain time for war because you don't want to worry about splitting or sharing the bounty with other families.

If you wanted to make the idea more dynamic you could hide what each family is sitting on, and have occassional "leaks" to members of other families. "Family X will be receiving a large shipment of bullets to their headquarters on August 22 according to one of our informants" or something along those lines in a few members inboxes.

Another idea might be to add a scenario at the end of kill scenario:

You have killed Godfather Blah!

With no leadership left to defend Family X you have been granted access to their headquarters. Your family joined you in looting the headquarters and other properties. Your family has received:

5,900,000 Bullets
$10,200,000 Cash
710 Units of Cocaine
400 Units of Beer
60 Avus Streamliners

Or whatever you wanted to do with it.

I'm sure others could do more with the idea than I ever could from an imagination perspective, and, actually, I don't even know if it would help spur more wars or not; if people were that interested in shooting/wars they'd be having them now.

I prefer the KS for a fam because for reloading and shit you got objects still....


but think about it say if they did reward after a war with say 3mil bullets (depending on target fam size) thats atleast enough to set your main rankers and online people up with another few shots to atleast shoot back after wars worst thing was always bullets bg's and all can be bought so easy on obay bullets cant take forever especially if you got slow internet :')

No kill skill for individual people but for families, so the more kill experience the family got, the stronger the members are shooting. Will also mean less sisterfamilies cause u will be weaker when u shoot!


This also adds incentive for attacking families to finish wars. You need to completely destroy a family otherwise they will still maintain their previously built up ks bonus. i like this one.

But what if you shoot with more fams at one fam? You devide the points?
sounds really cool, but knowing how omerta implements things, it will never work right and just end up with tons of 502 errors. But it seems great, promotes bigger single fams (anyone remember 350 member fams?) and ir promotes shooting and finishing a war. The offline strength should be changed at the same time

that would be dumb..overal position= hugging

You don't have to take it out of the context... I mentioned that if you kill a person it should calculate the KS that should be added to the fam by the overall position of that persion you killed

That said...lackeys V2 will probably help with capo money and family rank so it would be a bit useless.

Are they really going to make Lackeys pay their (your) share to the families? I thought the one advantage manual players had was that their capos, tops and fambanks gained from their online work, whereas Lackey users just better their own account. (Lackey-rp should give less improvement to the family's rank as well imo).
