It is in Dutch culture to use brains and make well-decided decisions. This is a diplomatic game. It seems as if the Turks can only think in pact vs pact and no further, and if you come with that output in an old-school busy version you will not get far. And then they also cry that families do not join their pact war with the reproach that they have no balls. With brains you can use balls. I see a lot of Turkish who cant anymore.
