I don't think it makes much sense, but I get your point.
People would still sell the 1/2/3 DC on COM instead? (At beginning even more than the 1/2/3 DC, since there has been a massive amount of trading on going.)
So, at best case scenario, its same "economy" for company.
I don't see where could we profit from such action.
But I the game economy will definetely profit by not having accounts that are just registered to farm money.
