It should be reminded the power that lower high ranks can provide.
Since there is a lot of LC and Chief that don't participate in wars and just run to other families when theirs is destroyed. It's good to see people understanding this and actively playing for their family here besides the same old lame people I see here who won't shoot a single bullet until they are Bruglione (which they shoot in backfire)! :)
