After long years away i returned to this world
Saddened to see its desolation before me,
Gone are the days of long versions,
Of hard fought battles,
Of complex bloodlines,
All vying for domination.
Of OCs and Heist in all cities
Those days are gone,
And we are all poorer for it... :(
Today we have cheap imitations of former splendour
Of versions concluded before they even begin
Of 1 major pact and 1 Chief war
Before the slow grind begins ending another version
Doomed to repeat mindlessly over and over.
Farewell dear friends
Real life is beckons me away again
I see now there is no joy remaining
In this cycle of monotony.
Join me away to life's real adventures
Let us return this hollow carcass to natural justice
All good things are not meant to last
All who see here are doomed to die.
Waste not your hours in endless fantasy
Not when there is so much more to life...
