Arguably you can jump in a war because you want to step in for a bloods and perhaps create a ceasefire where Kuro stop shooting Levi and Anda stopped shooting Kuro, where in any case Anda would not be able to take out Kuro and at best they could deal a fair amount of damage and suicide completely. Now from what I hear some of the tactical geniuses here babble you are not allowed to shoot unless you empty and every brug in your family is dead.
Now I'm not sure if Kuro also abstained from further shooting after Anda stopped, if Kuro simply continued then yes I'll agree it was a pointless move by Anda. If they helped their bloods that were under attack by managing to get someone off their back, without directly going down with their entire family. And long term planning well, if you can not expect to take down a stronger anymore straight away then worry about it later.
ps. Suicider fams are lame and generally they never really accomplish much. Even if you don't accomplish much trying something else at least you attempted to be in control of what happened and turn them in your favor where suiciders only control who and when they will suicide on.

yama is a retard but he is right, now... shooting 5 or 6 brugs from a fam and then stopping is obvious that kuro alliance will kill andalusia when they are strong again, and then andalusia will look more of a joke then what they already are... if thats possible in terms of wars anyways...

They replaced it in 3.0 with the current achievements.

Although some on UG did like this idea not all did and all understood that this was one of the things players had to sacrafice in order to get rid of all the pesky server issues so all UG were in agreement that they had rather not see 50x errors than see the stats of those who died so this idea was declined.

let me help you to understand; when we were being countered by kurosawa, we asked andalusia if they could help us. even they weren't bloods of us they joined the fight and started shooting at kurosawa with leviticus. After andalusia & levi killed few targets kurosawa co. stopped shooting ;)
so 1) levi saved some bullets & high ranks and focused on marazzion & krays again 2) kurosawa stopped shooting
you dont always shoot to take family down, sometimes scaring enemy is also good move ;)

Vendetta was killed coz of their behaviour.
Nazdrovia and Correptio coz of objects.
