In a lot of families yes, if your don get's enough hp he get's to hire detectives for free. Very helpful when planning a war. Your don just hires on everyone before you get to gathering people, so you know where everyone is already.

It also doesn't hurt account strength offcourse. Which i suppose is important for a don too. I don't see much wrong with this practice tbh.

I know, I just think great dons will get those hp anyway, by deserving such honour.

HPs are traded and sold and does not in any way mirror how honourable anyone is. Honour points in this game have nothing to do with honour.

The practice of encouraging members to honor top is fine. For the reasons you mention. The msg was funny though, guys he has worked sooo hard to be #1 please lets get him back to #1 where he belongs. If he's not #1 he doesn't belong there, the msg is the giggle here.
