He killed tons of strong accounts and late in version Kujala started to shoot famless chiefs ( most likely empty dupes ). Cant remember if he was also inkilling his members. At the end of version admins said something like you cant compare godfathers cdcs and other strong brugs with empty chiefs kills and that's why they gave star to Smul instead to Kujala. Majority of players ( including me ) agreed with decision because Smul deserved it more. There's one more thing. At the end of the day, isn't it the most kills gets the reward? If it was done unfairly then why not do the right thing and Akill, giving it to someone else shows how fucked up it.

Well farming chiefs when you dont need any bullets bcz no threats left is 1 thing. Building dupe chiefs and inkill them 30k safely is another thing.
