You can't promote from shoppie to asso if you have not 100% RP AND done at least 5 heists (just to name a number). For asso to mobster make it 10 heists.

That has two effects.
First Group Crimes would actually matter (again) and pure lackey accounts can't compete with manual accounts.
Seconldy it would decrease the ranking speed. At least in the higher tire ranks. Because as we all know there is a cool down on OCs and MOCs.

Not just the HOF, people would lock up the version with big groups before the introduction of the HoF already. These days it has just become more of a race of who can get most people to crawl up their ass instead of playing this game the way it was designed to be played like.
I wonder why people create such big groups of players, the win of Anarchy this version and several other families in the previous versions are not much of an achievement at all. It would've been more of an achievement in a negative way if they weren't able to do so. It's like putting Barcelona in the 2nd league, win it and being proud of it. Totally has no value.
It's time for the admins to make a 1 fam to end rule I guess because the players don't have the nutts in their underwear to do so themselves. If families still decide to lockup the game, do random akill streaks of 30 each time, so it might even happen a smaller, more useless family, ends up on top. ;)

I have a totally different suggestion.
Make Group Crimes a mandatory part of ranking.
What I mean is
You can't promote from shoppie to asso if you have not 100% RP AND done at least 5 heists (just to name a number). For asso to mobster make it 10 heists.
For Mobster to soldier 20 Heists + 5 OC etc.
That has two effects.
First Group Crimes would actually matter (again) and pure lackey accounts can't compete with manual accounts.
Seconldy it would decrease the ranking speed. At least in the higher tire ranks. Because as we all know there is a cool down on OCs and MOCs.
If you have to do at least 3 MOCs (again just naming a number) in order to get LC you will be stuck at LC for quite a bit. -> a longer version.
OFC for that to be effective the actual rank has to gain in importance/weigh in comparission to mere rankpoints. What I mean is, if a LC with #5 in rankpoints can easily kill a brug who is likesay #20 in rankpoints, than this whole excercise is in vain. Simple solution, make group crimes more relevant for rank progress.
this will only mean that people will use teamviewer more and more to do groupcrimes if they get that important. Teamviewer is already used way too much (not by me, but i know it is used by many people).
And that would be worse than the status quo, where people basically hire lackeys for their accounts and do shit otherwise?
