Each and everyone of us are volunteers, none earns a single buck nor will anyone do it. I'm actually in - cash to get the server to run around. The best part is that we (Atleast in Norway) get paid during our vacation. You get 10% of your yearly salary in Jun/July. 12.5% if you are over 60. If you earn 350,000-400,000 NOK (55,000-65,000 $) a year which is a average salary here you get the fine amount of of 6,000 $ +/-. Not only do they force one month vacation on you, they pay you to do it.
The European life is a life for me.
