It will be very dificult for any new fam to face the usual pact/hughers and stand for some different path in the game. Unless they merge, the smaller existing ones won't have a chance. I'm just looking forward to see the final outcome of this strategy.

It won't make much of a differece.
Just because the players of three small families are now under one roof, does not make their playerbase as a whole bigger.
The pacters have to clean the same amount of accounts, the only difference is, they have to shoot just one family now instead of three.
