Ahum, no.
I am not exactly sure what condition you are talking about, but it is not autism for sure.
The Chromosom XQ25 sometimes shows up one time too often. Then the condition is called Trisomy or Down Syndrom.
Otherwise aforementioned chromosone might be mutated, but it's most certainly there.
Note of interest XQ25 is one of the genetic markers for several forms of cancer.
