I asked Brando the same question and it somehow got ignored. He also said somewhere that people with high online time were obviously scripting, so where's the line for that too? What % ontime can I have to be not considered a scripter?

Actually not because they still get paid when people donate. The people who donate don't recieve their DC. I dont think they are in a hurry to fix it.
