Bullshit.
1st shot= He loses blood and 1-2 guards. He runs to SH for 8 hours.
You keep decs running. He comes out of SH. You smash another 60k at him. He buys blood and then is stuck. He cant buy blood for 45 minutes.
3th shot= fatal.
But if you keep shooting 1 bullet or 1200 like Liberta do it aint gonna work.

Safety shoots? They do NOT exist anymore. 1 bullet does not get you in hospital anymore.
You can shoot 12x 60k in 1 hour at this guy so shooters are either noobs or afraid to die. Probably both.

Escape i dunno why u wasted so much time with ur post, when u dont even know if u total miss you can shoot right after, so there are no safe 1 bullet shoots anymore ... u only have the 5 minute rule if you do damage, a total miss means he can be shot right away.

It seems it wasn`t such a waste, since we (at least me and Pils) learnt something new.
The main idea was to show that in one hour you could shoot 13 times, not just 12, and than I just started to say a lot more than I originally planned. You may notice this phenomena on any forums, and thanks for not adding `noob` or any offending adjective to your statement, which happens extremely often on this site.
Since I never used those type of shots, I gathered my info here:
learn to calculate, safety shoots + bg rebuy + blood rebuy + SH
bg rebuy is the biggest problem ^^ (Pils at 00:57:20 on 19/05)
Excepting this misinformation, I hope my final conclusion (with good organization, and enough shooters anyone can be taken down) seems legit.

basicly if the attackers wanted the safehouse pussy dead , all they had to do is get 4 or 5 shooters that are rdy to die, shoot once , wait for the safehouse pussy to go sh... endure the 8 or 9h that Mr-Safehouse always uses in his hiddings, and when he comes out , get 4 or 5 shooters on him again, lose prolly 2 or 3 brugs, but its a certain kill..
