Sorry to pick only your line Anonymous, while the others were also wrong, but you have the most comments here, sometimes even contradicting yourself.

Let us learn to calculate, as you suggested:

As a starting point we can assume, that the very first shot is made at h hour, m minute (h:m).
The second one would be at h:m+5, third one ate h:m+10 etc.
And if you do it till +60 minute, which actually will lead to h+1:m, you will be surprised.. it will be the 13th try, not the 12th.

If someone just came out from sh, he could be shot maximum 13 times in a row.. but meantime he can travel 2 times (right after he came out from sh and in 30 minutes - now he wont travel at +60 minutes, caz he can go back to sh again). The defender can buy blood two times in that crucial 60 minutes (depending on how harmful the previous tries were, he would prefer to buy only after the 2nd or even 3rd shot for first, and then 45 minutes later). With bg's it is way harder, if the defender wants to retrain them on his own.. But with endless funds (around 50-100 m will do it for that hour - you rarely loose all your bg's after an attack) he can replace them from obay.

So taking in consideration that a perfectly organized attack could result in 13 shots, in my opinion that should be able to kill anyone.

Now defending with travel, bg rebuy, blood buy and hopefully a few friendly safety shots, 6-7* successful tries should be possible to achieve with organization (it would require 13+ ready to shoot players, all wasting a lot of amount on detectives), which must lead to certain death as well (or can anyone survive 360k in an hour?).

6-7* - theoretically you could, but I guess in practice it is harder to shot exactly at every five minutes; the defender might organize safety shots (don`t really know how many ppl can do that, lets assume a max of 4-5 friends shooting you with 1 bullet, just before your enemies would hit); if there are enough shooters, the traveling wont give you any advantage (shooters starts from different cities, being at least one in every city)

Except from blood buy, there would also be tricks to full the blood-o-meter, but I still doubt that a really perfectly organized attack could fail, even if the defender has a perfectly organized defense (the theoretically last shot's success would depend on who hits the Kill or Hide button first).

It does, once you buy blood you can be shot again. So you get shot, 5 minutes later you get shot again (10), then again (15). Then you buy blood right away (45 minute timer kicks in, you can't buy blood until the 60th minute now), you get shot right away again(15) . And then again (20), again (25), again (30).

etc.

1 hour = 60 minutes
Time between shots = 5 minutes

60/5 = 12
