Wars are already getting dragged out, even big gangbangs. Faffie went down after almost 3 days. Even Pentagram stayed up for more than 1 day. I don't think 1-on-1 is the magic solution for all problems this game has.
But I do agree that this game could benefit from more diverse action. Seeing the same wars every version gets boring. Let's hope some of the bigger fams start realizing that and do something on their own instead of joining the same pact and blooding the same fams every version. :)

Not everyone has the time to do that. People got jobs, studies and such. And thus you get loads of people with less bullets than that, and thus you won't get a war every other day. I think the problem isn't that per say tho. I think the problem is a declining playerbase and big wars between that declining player base.
