dude just STFU if you don't know what you're talking about. NO ONE had 90% ontime, you get punished AUTOMATICALLY after more than 34 hours of ontime (48h period). the ontime display on OB was bugged, that's why you saw 90%+ for some players. -.-
I would put the maximum ontime possible without scripting/sharing or whatever at around 60%, so yeah, the top 20 ontime players are probably cheating.

everyone is hating on cheating, wanting them to get akilled. Most of the players are in families that were created by massive 90% ontime cheaters tho. I think that's even worse since those cheaters could take best spots which will easily generate 600 mil ;)

A magical 600million and the first thing you do is make sure nobody can get a share of it and spend it. How obvious do you want it to be?
