Not exactly true because accounts are compared during an attempt. 2 players with 1 million bullets is the same as 2 players with 60k bullets for the KA.

I cant believe im saying this, but they could even have gone with last versions KA for the remainder of the version while perfecting the new system for next version. And the awful KA we currently have, we could easily see there were something wrong 20 shots into the version - had it even been tested? I appreciate sbanks and Kcodes effort, but fact is, there is no excuse for this. All of the players sitting around doing nothing for 2 whole months now, it doesnt really help out with a steadily decreasing playerbase.
But all these changes bring promises for the next versions atleast :)

The new changes will have influence on the new KA. Those changes were needed to balance it fairly, like the new position system and the unlock system which gives the CD/GF rank some exclusivity which will come in handy during wars.

Well look on the bright side, you will get a live test with the new ka. And this way the crew has no excuse whatsoever for next version, at least as far as the ka is concerned.
Yes, I know you will point out, that .dm is the testing range, but when has that ever worked.
