So you have to look on the defending side (which means getting attacked).
There were three initial targets: Gravano Vinci and Vaffan.
I think that he says, that those are the most experienced families. And I have to agree with him.
Well, I am not a native english, and probably none of us (three) is, but the message was pretty clear I guess. Even if it was not for the first time, after my explication it has to be. Or I hope so..

Not really true. With a decent KA the three main-defender fams would been dead and gone allready. But when you have a KA where you need atleast 3 shooters to kill one, and shooting a preshot is the same as death, every monkey can defend himself easily.
With this KA, you really need to outnumber your enemies. To get some highranks down, you need like 4 shooters. And probably only half of your own family is highranked, and of those only two thirds are online. So to shoot a family with 20-30 brugs in it, you will probably need 5 or 6 families to get a right amount of online shooters. And then hope to god your enemies are online and have no bloods that will jump in.
This KA will create only really big wars and bigger than life pacts. If that were even possible
