The problem are not the clicks to do the training. It's basically just 3 guards (ike, joe, lex). If you bother to train Lex. But ok let's stick with 3 guards: 20 clicks each (untrain and train) so roughly 30 mins and you are done.
The "problem" with the current BG System is the amount of cash it takes you to retrain it.
Yes, money management is part of a skill, the problem is, there the cursed cheaterz have a huge advantage, because they get an nearly unlimited supply of cash if needed. most poignant shown by Lucchese/Righelli a few versions ago with their hitlist bug.
So yes, I can see who really wants to get rid of the annoying clicks to retrain their guards for some extra cash.

problem is there can never be a proper war or a gameplay with this current bg's
no one has a chance to survive and fight back, thats ridiculous
now there's only 2 sets of bg setup and once you go one way, it's so hard to switch back to other way,
yet you HAVE TO switch between them constantly to have a proper gameplay
when getting shot, if you're full att => you're just fucked
if you're full def => you're enemies' desperate bitch while they keep coming at you
I dont see any fun or challenge in a war if defenders cannot fight back
we gotta be able to easily and quickly switch between att and def
thats the best thing I can think of to bring some real action and a fair, proper gameplay
best solution ofc is to design new market and bg's, thus a new KA, but I'm done hoping they'll ever gonna do that
now I believe if we can switch from att to def so easily and get faster bullets and no safehouse, we'll get some crazy action xD
and everyone can actually take a role in his acc's destiny xD

bodyguards are ridiculous, they should just make two buttons, full attack & full defence, for 7m orso.
if you have the money, just click one button to switch from full attack to full defence
or something like that, dunno, it's bullshit the way it is now

you can't put rules like "late night" because there are ppl from USA that have totally different time zone. shooting time 15 mins would be GFs killing 10+ targets in late hours so there will be more powerful and bumped accounts around, and that means regular players will have lesser chance building a decent account.
i heard brando is working on a new bg system, dunno if he can come up with a decent solution. its very difficult, cuz lots of players want stronger and more attack-resistent accounts, on the other hand there are players like you that wants more action with less protection

The system as it is now, means whoever strikes first has the best chance of winning, assuming both sides have about the same amount of brugs. Wouldn't change that tbh, it favours the faster rankers(e.g. those who get to brug first) and the most aggresive families. Which are two of the cornerstones this game should be about.
