It's reset fun, bullets rp and cash is added over time to accounts.
There was a bullet bug also, but admins said they fixed all.

PS. He is actually advertising new game (probably Facebook app) on same topic where he says they have to reset current version cause of too many bugs and bug abusers. It's clear that this exploit has been going on for years, just not on such a big scale and nowhere near as public.. nearly every account which ever played this game properly will have been affected because of this exploit.
