The fams that aren't going to rerank this time are in part fams that did rerank last version. Why? Last version things were quite open at the time and there was hope to still have some effect on the game. This version it's already clear there isn't. Why spend time on it if you won't be able to do anything anyway?
I'm not complaining about this, btw. It was clear this was gonna happen from the start of the version.

Last version was open because of the fact people kept reranking aswell. If you don't rerank (something that lackeys do for you anyway if you have no time) you'll be sure you lost the version.

This has got to be a joke.
Admins dont give a flying fuck who wins or loses. They dont even give a shit about the game to start with, why would they care which fams win?
Long story short. If you cheat with dupes, then u run the risk of letting ur target get revives. It isnt rocket science. Its same rule for everyone, no matter which fam or nationality. So, quit your bitching and play it properly. Make a clean legit kill and there will be no revives. >.<
