What fams do we have there... Kurosawa who are always eager to earn the title biggest joke fam of the version. They are simply unable for cooperation, they will follow their own little agenda which consists of getting pwnd and suicide. Nazdrovia, a fam nobody trusts and who have shown that they are totally unreliable last version?

Destination, Levi, Krays have lost quite a few rankers this version, and even in their top strength they would get pwnd in counters. So they are no real threat either, and probably next war targets.

Righelli will rank and do shit as usual, and will get shot when the time is right.

We could continue this list. So really I don't see anybody shooting the pact. Numbers and Good Organization (able tops) are too much in their favour.
