well in this case blooding liberta and 2 or 3 other fams that are bloods of liberta makes u part of this pact because in the end you'll planning and/or shooting together liberta and some other former "pussypact" fams are the core of this side. others are just hanging on the side and will eventually shoot with all those fams mentioned up there. if you take a look at statics you'll see its a massive block that only dies when like 2/3 of other fams team up, and i dont see samurais team up with levi prov krays etc. so yeh they blooded eachother to victory already.
