what game have you been playing? this game isnt meant to be won alone, if fams have bloods, they should kill them to win alone ? the only fam that won mostly alone was CCCE and that was a alliance not a fam, and guess what conflict was part of it... noone ever won or will win this game alone, or you ever saw 1 fam up when reset is announced ? overhyped is what they are not...

i think Conflict tops did well in quitting the game, i remember some fams and tops had very bad critics about conflict, about how they were a thing of the past, they didnt win a version since 3.0 came out etc... they won 2 versions in a row , making it their 6th or smth? They can be hated but they are/were the most dominant fam in omerta, with most wins, and like it or not with most respect from friends and enemies. With that being said and the way omerta is today i would be very surprised if they ever would come back to the game, i think they left when they should, new fams should continue and take their spot, and be dominant and start a new era.
