Again, all these assumption work only under one condition (for the roullie at least, as scratzin pointed out the Slot in Palermo is a different story, but nobody is really crying about that one), that the money/object can never ever be won. For the roullie this is not true. Ask somebody who is actually good at gambling at the roullie. That roullie will be won at some point at that version, if the wannabe gamblers stop throwing shitload of cash at it. The slots in Palermo is probably a lost cause, I agree with scratzin there.
But anyway, back to the roullie. The money on that Roullie is not really controlled by the admins. THey are not buying bullets villas fam spots etc. with it (then it would really disappear from the game). If they were out to make cash, they would use that cash to buy shitloads of DCs from obay. The money is still in the game, waiting for you to win it. Or if you suck at gambling throw more money at it. If you cannot gamble, don't gamble, simple as that. That's btw. how this big profit came into being in first place. You sucked at gambling and made that roullie big and fat. You saw how easy it was to win those other roullies? The difference is, there people went after it with sufficient cash to play for it. But as far as I am concerned, you can always go all in, and lose your money, I am cool with it.
ABout your point the inflation of dc prices. Yes from certain very spefific and narrow point of view, that money is no longer in the game, for the moment at least. And that stopped inflation of dc prices. What you describe is basically supply and demand in action. DC sellers get market prices for their DCs, that market prices could be higher without people throwing money at notto is a whole different story. :)
But personally, I find it somewaht ironic. Usually people already cry about the inflated DC prices on obay at that point. Now they are roughly back to pre lackey level and you are still not satisfied.
I can make a guess about your family affiliation, that would be some fam that is usually quick to grab some casino, and you are crying about the fact, that your fam has to do without a casino atm and you have less cash at your disposal. If that's your whole point, simply say so, don't try bolster up your agenda by some big economical theory.
