In these wars, LS have been targeted by a total of 8 families: Purgatory, Vertigo, Bope, Mangano, Yigidos, Blacksea, Goldenarmy, Underground.
and lost a total of: 102brug 30chief.
Bruinsma has been targeted by a total of 2 fams: infragilis, Encanto and lost a total of: 18brug 4chief.
Bruinsma has done some nice shooting, but I dont think you can say they have been more involved in wars than LS, not by a longshot, according to the stats.

If the admins want to encourage paypal use for whatever reason by giving a small ingame incentive for every paypal dc bought, its their prerogative to do so. It doesnt hurt the ingame balance at all. 100 euro's worth of dc's gives you 16.5k, jack shit in this economy.
