Little kids with potential, 12, 13, 14, 15 year old, get bought away from .nl youth departments because clubs like real madrid, inter, manchester city/united can pay much more them.
how come they can pay more money?

And ajax (and other dutch teams) does exactly the same with Belgian players for example. Just like Belgian teams buy a shitload of niggers each year. That seems to be the food chain during the past 15 years.

sbanks at 16:33:57 on 15/05:here in .nl and in other "normal" countries who don't have a debt of 2352525352523 billions to the european banks dont allow the clubs to have debts

dutch teams got during the late 90s massive subsidies to improve their infrastructure, which is basically tax money that gave them an edge over other countries were the system is more strict cq they had different priorities

sbanks at 16:33:57 on 15/05:if ajax would have a debt of 1 single euro, it wont get a license for the comming year.. thus the football club would stop excist..

Not sure how familiar you are with basic economics, but all dutch team have quite a significant debt together, that is including ajax. Any healthy company should have bank debts, they become unhealthy when the debt total exceeds your earnings + your total value, which basically means you are bankrupt. The problem is that many clubs are virtually bankrupt, yet still are able to win prizes, since they live by the grace of some rich dude.

sbanks at 16:33:57 on 15/05:in shit countries where more then 60% of the youth don't have a job, for example.. hi spain.. it is very normal to have a debt of 500 million ( hi real madrid )

Well not sure how most of you guys are, but I remember the introduction of the champions league back in 92. So much money got involved all in a sudden that missing out on the CL was a drama for the big clubs. So they created artificial ways to be nearly certain of the CL money, like if you are #2, later #3rd and #4th you'd still get a spot.

Belgium for example had always teams finishing high in the European Cups, playing finals and winning them for 2 decades, until the CL was created. Belgium was #4 to #5 at that moment, and due to the crazy amounts of TV money they started to hand out in the bigger countries, it was no longer be able to compete. And the same is true for many other countries. Plenty of the big names back in the day were clubs you never hear again from today. If you had to go play to budapest or bucharest, or in belgrade, ... then you'd play teams that would regularly win a european cup.

My point being: the champions league destroyed the fair spread there once was in Europe, by no longer requiring that you had to be the champion of your country. That is the true reason why real madrid can do what they do nowadays. Because they are certain they 're in the CL pretty much every year, and due to that they have a bigger exposure, etc ... it's basically a snowball effect.

The only real way to solve it is to go back to the old formula: random draw with direct elimination so the big teams can no longer take the CL money for granted.

True Revolucion, but they still use the youth team alot more then they buy. Ofcourse they spend some more money then every dutch team but thats not because some rich ass came along and pumped money into the club, they won too make money like most dutch teams.
I just dont like it when a club like Man city wich allways were horrible to watch now suddenly win prices just because someone pumped money in it.

Ofc I get what you mean, but Ajax was lucky in the old days that they had more money to make the club how it's now... they could provide better equipment and stuff, so the youth came + the possibility to afford more salary as the other clubs made the name Ajax world wide. So in the end money made Ajax

Even that ofc in the old days the money was not the main factor :D

In the end all clubs that are big now where just lucky to have a more money since the start and that's how they made their name. Not to mention that the only reason some clubs are on top is because they have millions and millions of Euro in debt and nobody cares :D

Ajax has been and still is one of the best clubs in the world. In the 70's they won the champions league three times in a row... you think they made MILLIONS with that? back in the 70's a couple 100 thousands was allot of money

furthermore the whole team was dutch..

ajax school has been well known everywhere and most people agree that ajax has one of the best youth departments in the world.

Little kids with potential, 12, 13, 14, 15 year old, get bought away from .nl youth departments because clubs like real madrid, inter, manchester city/united can pay much more them.

in shit countries where more then 60% of the youth don't have a job, for example.. hi spain.. it is very normal to have a debt of 500 million ( hi real madrid )

so they can attract the "better" players and pay a ridiculous ammount of money.

if i look at how the dutch clubs played last season on an european level, clubs from italy, spain and england should be ashamed of themself.

fact is.. ajax still has one of the best youth departments of the world, and for the ammount of money dutch clubs can invest they do it way and way better then other european countries.

its only sad that the UEFA still allows clubs to play with a debt of millions and millions of euro's.

in spain the IRS still gets several hundreds of millions from the spannish football clubs. i believe they now agreed that all the cash who they get from the TV rights in the comming season all go to the IRS directly.

Also its a sad fact, when some spannish clubs "buy" players they don't even pay all the money. for example Genk, a belgium football club is still waiting on the money from 3 players they sold last season.

Or they buy expensive players and cant pay their salary. i can recall that royston drenthe refused to play anymore for malaga? because he didnt recieved a single penny for months.

i rly hope the UEFA wont allow clubs to play european football if they have a debt.

ow.. and camera's on the goal line..

Last season was also ridiculous unlucky for ajax.

first they lost vs real madrid because 2 clear goals got cancelled.

and what.. lyon needed like 5 / 6 goals diference to get to the next round, and suddenly dynamo zagreb loses with 1-7? i mean.. get real

I just skimmed it and it looks like a whole lot of bullshit. 13-14-15 year olds bought away by foreign clubs with a lot of money?

I'm sure you and other Ajax supporters say Eriksen is Ajax youth, when in fact he was in their youth squad for something like 6 months before making his debut. You buy players from other clubs now, and you have done it for decades. That's what money can do.

In short tl;dr cry.

uhm.. no, no1 says that eriksen is ajax youth..

its no bullshit what im saying, just check these players: Jeffrey Bruma, Rajiv van la Parra, Kyle Ebecilio, Nathan Ake en Karim Rekik

all left feyenoord youth at an age of 15-16

just look at this or get it translated:
