This is 7000 written tests, that need someone to read them and determine whether they speak good enough english to join (which they will just get a friend to write for them so they can play anyway)

7000 x .2 is 1400 donate codes that you are asking them to give up, roughly 3000 dollars, and now the pros = easier to talk to each other in a game...
