I think the mistake is on the pact fams, wouldn't it been better if they've waited a little bit longer rank to Brugs and then create their families with 20 or 30 brugs? Vedici had 26 Assassins and 34 LC, same goes to Rigano (Gravano), they have 15 Chiefs and 13 Assassins. I really don't understand why would they rush to create a family with 5 Brugliones and many enemies.
