All the reason I can think of, is that the other methods, are already vat inclusive, that is why we may have got the 500 bullets with each paypal one, and they got an interesting tax audit.

As this version, when they saw the oportunity to win, they merged and changed the name to Aeterna, shooting Lusa/Prophecy.
