Putting it like that is disrespect to histories of those families.
Aeterna was newly formed family with many tops who had experiences in some other families as either being top or just member. And since both lucchese and righelli weren't up in last a few versions, their members were spreaded all over other families, just as in Aeterna. If i recall well, empire were also called kinda righelli last version.
And if you are new, i address you the family history so that you can see it as clear as crystal that both families are so old to be part of anything new. They both are what they are, nothing other than that.

If I can have Lucchese and Krays, who could be worth roughly the same amount of points, I would really think at least twice before starting negotiations.
Here are the points I talked about
Here's how it works.
For example;
Fams #1 - #3 = 4 points
Fams #4 - #7 = 3 points
Fams #8 - #11 = 2 points
Fams #11 - #20 = 1 point
Fams #20+ = 0.5 points
For example if I am a top 3 family and I blood family #5, Family #10 and Family #15 my bloodline is at 10 points, understand?
When you try to make a point, could you at least try to make sense? I can name many other family names to blood. Every reasonable mind would be aware of main point to take consideration of, during blooding, is not to be bloods with the largest families but to be bloods with the families which you can go along with the best.
And once again I will repeat myself, the problem is not the amount of bloods, the problem itself is changing mentality and the meaning of blood word nowadays. There were families with 10 bloods and 7 8 allies during 2.0 2.1. But the main goal was to win back then, not to see the end of version, except gambino (no offense), since v1.0 their main goal has been to see the end of version, and it only worked in v1.0, yet nobody considers such mentality as winner .

Unless, the meaning people put on bloods word change back to it used to have in old days, numbers won't change a thing. Bloods used to mean "we work together as long as our common interests exist" and ally would mean "we wont shoot you in short term". And back then, with this mentality families had about 10 each bloods and many allies. But nowadays, they mean alliance, "we live together, we die together". Regardless how big wars were, the main thing attracted people was the drama point back then. Backstabing etc.
This is a naive attempt but won't change anything, unless the omerta gets rid of alliance mentality
