I say you guys should just all go into an open family channel that is sympathetic to your cause and discuss things in all CAPS or however protests are done in irc. Here's the problem I see with removing Sluggs. It would defeat the entire purpose of Lackeys. How can you make a script that does not buy bullets? If they are going to continue down the path of Lackeys, they have to make it at least somewhat functional. Otherwise, people go back to using a script.

So, if you are asking for them to remove Sluggs, you might as well begin asking for them to remove Lackeys. Do you think they plan on doing that?

Well, I don't know if Omerta still does this, but in the past didn't they put up dcs and bullets every now and then to stabilize prices? I know they did with bullets, not sure with dcs, but I'm sure someone could answer that.

But anyways, as far as who would buy dcs and put them on obay? Come on, we all know one of those people on Omerta. The super dedicated ones that just must have the great account or an intense love of their Omerta family. Maybe they are frustrated because their family came oh so close to getting to the end (or something along those lines). So they decide, damnit, I’m gonna spend a couple hundred bucks or so on dcs and start the next version off right! I guarantee it happens every version with someone.

You know how it is. Here you are in your family at the beginning, trying to scrape by and fund some little object and buy some bullets. But then you look out your window and see that other family that just seems loaded with cash! You think how on Earth are they doing it? Damn those sons of bitches! You know, I’m not willing to fork over a bunch of money on dc’s, but I sure wish I had a family member who was. Hell, I won’t even call him crazy.

But honestly, who’s to say what a person should do with his money? We all have our hobbies and if it makes a person happy, so be it. You know, if I suddenly became rich, I might even try it. Buy a bunch of dedicated proxies, make some accounts, buy some dcs and run the shit out of some lackeys. Prolly even throw a few accts on script just to get crazy!

I never really understood how they called it donating, since you are actually paying for a service. Donating would be more along the lines of the donating that is done with wikipedia or mirc. You do it out of appreciation for the site. We buy dc's to get something directly back. Such as Don's of fams needing SMS to tell them when they are shot at. That is an extremely valuable tool not available to the non-donator. It's a tool I wish was disabled, but whatever.

Very True. There really isn't a clear winner to this game, the game is not designed for it. Basically, the closest you get to a "winner" is a family that dominates for a period of time. In these times, it often is some large alliance, which further muddies the waters. But anyways, different families have different styles. Some start out aggressive and dominate early, but eventually get shot down. There's nothing wrong with that. Others prefer to play the wait game, and then start shooting later on. There's nothing wrong with that either. But to say the last alliance alive is the "winner" is iffy, at best. It's just a style of gameplay,
I think a true goal should be to dominate and be feared for as long as possible. It doesn't matter so much when it happens.

i get aggravated at times by the numerous complaints about people posting "anonymous". If it bothers you, ignore those people. It's simple. But sometimes a person posts anonymous because they have to. Sometimes you just can't post something as a top etc. It would be bad business. Sometimes you knows something that you would like to say, but you can't say it in a way that possibly might represent your family. Is that chicken shit? well, i guess you could think that, but it also is good business, or at least smart business. Now, of course, some anonymous posters are complete idiots, but you just have to try and weed through that crap. But anyways, I think anonymous is what keeps forums like this running.....
