How does this exactly remove ghost accounts, and how does this not make omerta more money? Instead of people just trading cash, they have to use you as a middleman for purchasing dc's to sell.

thats exactly the way i see it. while trading NL there were no dcs involved , at least we didnt have too( except the ones to keep lackeys runnin; 2 accs involved, one of them is a ghost one ;money moves around.
no trading: there will still be 2 accs NL, one of them is a ghost acc, the other has now to sell dcs if he wants do feed his acc legally with the money he had before. we will still have the same number of accs and the money moves around, with dcs in the middle
