i kind of like this ka don´t know why everyone´s bitching about
people shoot while tired from high activity they shoot offline people wich everyone knows are stronger then online people and probably inside their nice villas with all the extra protection + if they are offline it means they are in their hometown (most likely) so added bonus for defence in hometown
i don´t know what they did with the ka but it doesn´t seem that diferent to me imho and it´s better balanced then 2.2 and 2.3 and so forth ka because wiping out a family isn´t easy and should never be cheap
if it´s bugged then i say keep it maybe now brains over fastranking can finally be achieved and stupid tops can go the way of the dodo

Yeah that's completely true... Especially for ''newcomer'' he/she can not know about ingames/irc nicks before his time and if he wants to get into Omerta he has to start of something. If new Evil gets 10 pms a day asking why his E is capital instead of L he will pretty much see there's something wrong.
Family names are different imo. If you're starting family you should know at least some ''important'' people, and someone of them should tell you that that family already existed in previous versions and it was kind of a big name then.
I mean imagine some new guys starting some of families that left big marks on versions and people just stopped playing. I mean it would be damn stupid and shameful for people to see Turkish Fumatore or Curse...

Odio was never a big part of lucchese, as far as I know Odio was also set by new commers of other fams like pericoloso who ran to lucchese after internal troubles.. but im not sure of that.

Well, I am kinda glad, that people had a good laugh about the Trafficante play I co-authored.
Trafficante, ah well, I have always perceived them as one of those utterly useless fams, with no purpose whatsoever. I have said it a few times before, I think their only purpose in this game is to get revives for Hal.
And to be perfectly clear, I am not Jamelll or Jamelll or whatever his name was (I don't even know him).
I saw his post and felt like it had some good comedic potential, as a satire. It simply lacked an ending and an angle to cover Hal's revives and the feeling of Trafficante being a somewhat useless family, who somehow do excactly nothing each version, but somehow stay alive till the cleaning, and then tell each other that they did great and will be back next version. To do exactly nothing, again.
A friend described Trafficante once, as noobs, who probably even know themselves that they are noobs.
Anyway, glad some people enjoyed it.

I am not saying Hal is a bad ranker or something, I simply feel that fam and their accounts are such a waste of potential. They have a solid core of rankers, and they do jack with their accounts.

Traffi is the type of fam who doesnt play to win but plays to have fun.
Their members are always the same members they play for eachother not to entertain other people.
Most people know i dont like traffi but after a while i start to get it, you can flame hal as much as you but she never go into that just because she is the allways nice person who is always friendly.
I dont mind Traffi anymore they have nice members and i think when your done with this game traffi would be the right fam to retire @.

There is no need to cry about anything this version, the version was good fun and we've seen quite some fun wars.
Next to that, it seems like forever a version has been closed with this little brugs standing at the end part of the game. How often haven't we seen 300+ brugs standing total in the end of a version, I like the fact like 6 families will be standing in the end.
It might be a motivation for me to start playing again but I bet next version will be utter shit again and I'll be slaughtered by a group of 300 brugs. :D

When ranking in families other then your own, you know you have to adapt their style of playing, but it doesn't automatically mean I do agree with all their decisions made. Indeed some players of Lucchese joined Vaffanculo, but members of Lucchese were divided between a lot of families (Catania, Coccada, Righelli etc.) But none of them was top in Vaffan, Eldior didn't even had an account this version as far as I know.
