Persico never claimed to win the round. It Pitchadze who is is claiming it everywhere and he was a guest. The current persico (persicosy) contains all their original members and no one went to Aseclatipers for the win. persico finished 2nd and they are proud of that because it was their return from grave after so many versions.

As far as I see it, through the entire version we had great relations and communication with Latitante/Blacksea and Ascension, this was expressed by sharing information, countering when one gets shot and eventually closing.
This is just an example that true alliances exist in this game and we can all share the Victory.
