Now seven families took them off, as a massive assault was launched at the Profaci/Invertus powerhouse.

Reportedly, they did not see it coming. From an outside point of view, a war between Memento and their bloods, and Profaci, was inevitable. Profaci/Invertus, however, was sure Memento would not betray them.

Their trust was proven wrong, as Memento/Liggio called in their bloods to gun down in what should have been a mighty bloodshed. Even though Profaci had been shooting families at their own will (which caused several families to jump in to revenge those fallen at their hands), they had more than enough bullets to cause Memento+ a massive blow in backfire.

The opposite was proved, as Memento/Liggio, Samagono, Conquista/Commotion, Mangano, Calogero, Vitale and Vacchi had no real problems in taking their opposition out, and with this opened the door for an open game - which is now for the other families to take - while they keep on top by not losing to much and remain dominant in the game.
