Deja vu was not something the current crop of families was waiting for, as previous versions' powers Righelli and Illusion started in the wake of the three big wars which rocked Omerta, leaving a big gap for any of the 'sides' to restart, without really being withheld. Or so they thought.
Just several days after starting, with a good amount of high ranks, the Reds and Illusionists were shot down by Valahia/Vittoria, Vacchi and the Brotherhood who did their part in making sure that the same old powerhouses would fill up the void left by Favians.

Donalo (Vittoria): Well it was just good business, We knew what these family's could become from past experiance and took action to prevent it while we had the power to do so respect to Righelli and Illusion, you should take it as a complement that fams care enough R.I.P to all those that died
Valacci (Righelli) : Don’t see how we can possibly blame shooting families for wanting Righelli down. It seemed fairly clean and done at the right time, and it is understandable when you go from #56 to #20 in 48 hours that it will make some nervous.
I do have some respect for the shooters, but I have much more respect for Righelli members who knew the odds of coming up and surviving at this point in the game and joined without hesitation.
