Since 2.5 the record was a $80M hitlist, the new record is now $100M, although previous versions have likely seen higher. Notably the 240M hitlist on Snowcrash in 2.2, but that is from before the recorded history on this site. The current hitlistings have also claimed their first victim.
The "lucky" first one to $100M is Lamama the First Lady of Cuore.
Reason for the hitlisting(s) are still unknown, other than some people must not like the Philadelphia families' tops.

Rigazotti who was hitlisted for $50M got killed by Nooiert who survived the backfire of Rigazotti.
Nooiert was inkilled immediately by Arche, Godfather of Nooiert's family Nuevitas.

You will have noticed that the roulette tables have gone down, this is to allow us to effect a small change to them. This will not impact any usual operation of them. Owners will remain the same, casinobanks will remain as they were before we closed them.
Sadly people have been exploiting a bug to steal money from the game. To that end we have also removed the large hitlistings recently posted as the money for these came from this and subsequently we were able to reclaim the advantage gained. I believe that above those hitlistings present today, one person has also been killed from the hitlist and another bought off. We will also rectify these and ask that the individuals involved if we do not find them shortly come to see us so that the arrangements can be made.
It is anticipated that the roulettes will be up and running within the hour, but as I am sure you are used to by now, sometimes these things take a little longer than we hope, and we all appreciate yoru patience in the meantime.
