Preplating wars are a thing. Krays did that very succesfull the first time it came around.

We were able to preplate war, only because our target were noobs. 70% of them had lost their plating at assassin :')
There is 1 problem with plating.. You can shoot same city fam without plating. That' s cool. But if you do, your acc loses plating server-wide.
Those 2 plating rules contradict each other too much, makes no sense amk
