I personally think that if anyone in the top 3 get's an A-kill they deserve, the family should not only go down, but also not be allowed to start again with the same name atleast in that version if not longer. Just don't be stupid enough to have cheating tops.

Wasn't that rule installed, because a vast majority of the players wanted entire fams to be downed, when some top 3 was akilled? You'll probably find discussions about it on OBN as well...

According to the wiki, only a don akill will get the fam downed as well:
"When the Boss/Don of the omerta family is adminkilled his/her family will be removed from the game!!"

Looking at it all wrong. Admins aren't punishing you, they are helping you. With admins forcing All DC trading to be done via in game, and not via IRC it is preventing a lot of the irc DC scammers ripping you off.

You are right that they are helping, but some transparency or consistency would be nice. I will not feel good about seeing anyone admin killed until a written set of rules is updated by Omerta management.
