Valahia is a victim of the need (or greed) for Killing skill. Both Larocca and Empire felt that their KS was too low, Valahia was deemed a suitable target to get it up.

Without KS the dupe fams would be more powerful, because their dupes would be closer (strength wise) to active shooting accounts (no KS makes accounts more level). That means you would eventual get suicided on by dupes with little hope to survive.

it ruines game because new people stand no chance these so called big fams(dupes) shoot them for ks as well as blood each other making version complete pointless and boring and anyone in them you should all be so proud you are destroying the game! but then agin everyfam could become big these fams with 20 brug all they need to do is what big ones have ie brothers sisters play (bolloks) 2-3 accounts each and boom you have a big fam problems solved all have 2-3 accounts and we can all be big!

Indeed, in the past there were families that would first hug for 3 months wait for the aggresive fams to shoot and then shoot in 1 war on low bullet families and 'claim the version' with 10 other hug families.
